I don’t know where I’d be without Amy. It’s one thing having someone efficient supporting me in areas that I find draining such as admin, scheduling, operations and processes. But Amy operates at another level. She sees potential potholes well before we reach them. She navigates them with ease and let’s me know what she’s doing to avoid them. I’m in the loop without being distracted. I remain responsible without being burdened. What’s more, all interactions are cheerful and positive.
